REFUND POLICY

We at Vivaxa strive to provide the best services to our clients. In case a client is not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund subject to the following conditions:

  1. The client must notify us of their intention to seek a refund within 7 days of signing up for our services and will be processed within 30 business days.

  2. We will review the client's account to verify their usage of our services and determine the reason for their dissatisfaction.

  3. If we find that the client has not used our services as intended, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

  4. If we determine that our services did not meet the client's expectations or were not up to the promised standards, we will offer a full refund.

  5. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used by the client.

  6. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in the client's account from the day of transfer.

Please note that this refund policy applies only to the services provided by Vivaxa and not to any third-party services used in conjunction with our services. We do not offer refunds for any third-party services.
